THE GROUNDWORK
WHERE WE STARTED
Thoughtful reconfiguration and modernization to support contemporary living
The project began with a reconfiguration of key living spaces to improve overall flow and usability, alongside the modernization of the kitchen and primary living areas. Interior updates were carried out to bring greater alignment to finishes and detailing, establishing a more cohesive and contemporary aesthetic throughout. At the same time, strategic improvements were introduced to better support modern family living while preserving the home’s architectural integrity. Select upgrades to systems and infrastructure further enhanced comfort and performance, ensuring the home functions as seamlessly as it feels.

THE BLUEPRINT
WHERE WE HEADED

Balancing preservation with thoughtful modernization
Our approach centered on balancing preservation with thoughtful modernization. Rather than reworking the home entirely, we focused on refining the existing layout—clarifying circulation, improving sightlines, and enhancing how spaces connect and function day-to-day. Care was taken to retain the warmth and character of the original architecture, while introducing more streamlined detailing and updated finishes. The result is a home that feels both timeless and current, with each intervention designed to feel intentional and cohesive.
